Based in London, Lia is a Korean American actor, dancer, and singer whose work spans the US, UK, and South Korea.

After several years abroad, Lia moved back to the U.S. in order to further the discourse of Asian/American identity and practically engage with social and cultural issues concerning representations in the arts and media. Her dissertation, “Contemporary Representations of Youth in Asian American Cinema,” draws on her interests in the performance of ethnicity and the cultural politics of Asian/American identity.
